No, only leasing options are available.

Are there any community facilities in the development?

Yes, there is a clubhouse, which includes a gymnasium, swimming pool and play area for the exclusive use of the residents, in addition to greenspaces that are distributed throughout the site.

Is dar wasl a gated community?

No, dar wasl is not a gated community, however security shall be provided.
